What is C&G 1884 ?
The City & Guilds 1884 Conflict
Management & Communication Skills Certificate is a Level 2 Qualification.
The training is for a duration
of two days and completed (residential if required) with a 90 minute
multiple choice question & answer examination.

As an approved City & Guilds
Centre the Academy is pleased to announce that it can now deliver the C&G
1884 Conflict Management & Communication Skills, Training & Qualification to
fulfil part of the possible Criteria for the licensing of Private
Investigators.
Who can deliver the
Training?
Providers of City & Guilds 1884
Qualification in Conflict Management & Communication Skills must not only be
sector competent but also hold a City & Guilds 1886 to deliver this
training, together with holding the C&G 7302 Adult Learning Qualification or
its equivalent.
What is the cost?
The cost of the two day Conflict
Management & Communication Skills Course is £400.00.
